These terms govern your use of evinra.com (the “Site”), operated by ProDev Solution LLC (“Evinra”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.
Important: these terms cover this website only. They are not the terms for the Evinra platform. If you become a customer, your use of the software is governed by a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if the two ever conflict.
1. What this Site is
The Site is informational. It describes Evinra, lets you request a demo, and provides tools such as the ROI and pricing calculators. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services on any particular terms.
2. Figures, estimates and calculators
This matters, so we will be direct about it.
- The calculators produce estimates, not quotes. The ROI and pricing calculators apply generic assumptions to numbers you type in. Your actual fees, savings and results will differ. Do not rely on them as a financial projection or as the basis of a decision without talking to us.
- Performance figures are targets or typical cases, not guarantees. Statements such as “up to 50% lower ticketing fees”, “99.9% uptime target”, “35+ scans per minute, per device” and “100,000+ attendee capacity” describe what the platform is designed for or what has been observed under particular conditions. They are not promises of what you will achieve, and they are not a service level commitment. Any binding SLA would live in your service agreement.
- Testimonials describe one customer’s experience. They are not a prediction of your results.
3. Using the Site
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, interfere with its security, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us. We may restrict access if you do.
4. Requesting a demo
When you submit the form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it — including any phone number you provide. We use it to reply to you; see our Privacy Policy. Submitting the form does not create any contract or entitle you to service.
5. Our content
The Site, its content, design, and the Evinra name and logo belong to ProDev Solution LLC or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the pages normally. You may not copy, republish, or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to third parties (for example Calendly for scheduling). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms apply when you use them.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProDev Solution LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site — including any decision made in reliance on a calculator or a figure published here. Our total liability arising from the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update the Site and these terms. Changes take effect when posted, and we will move the “last updated” date. If you keep using the Site afterwards, that is your acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Site.
