Transparent Pricing

Transparent Event Software Cost & Ticketing Fees.

You take all the physical risk. You should keep the reward. Standard ticketing giants treat your gates like an ATM, so we built transparent, rugged event software priced to protect your margins, not exploit them.

No Hidden Costs. Zero Lock-In.

When you evaluate white label event software cost, the hidden fees are usually what destroy your profit. We don’t hide our numbers. Our ticketing engine is priced to scale with high-volume operators, with baseline ticket fees starting from $1.50 or 5%. But more importantly, we give you the power to control the final structure.

You Control Convenience Fees

Pass our low base rate directly to the ticket buyer, or mark it up and use the convenience fee to generate your own independent revenue. You own the strategy.

Fast Direct Payouts

We don’t hold your cash hostage to float our own business. You get access to your revenue quickly so you can cover your actual on-the-ground operational costs.

No Multi-Year Traps

Technical power shouldn’t require a five-year hostage situation. We earn your business season after season, gate after gate.

Modular Infrastructure. Built for Your Blueprint.

You shouldn’t pay for bloated software you don’t use. We build custom deployment packages based exclusively on the operational tools your event actually needs.

We know the reality of the field. Sometimes your ticketing is locked into a multi-year contract with a legacy vendor, but you desperately need a rugged, offline POS system for your food tents today. Evinra is built as a modular ecosystem. You can deploy the entire unified platform, or you can plug in specific engines (like multi-vendor payout routing, offline admissions, or POS) to solve your immediate bottlenecks.

A La Carte Deployment

Select exactly the engines you need to integrate with your existing operations, without ever paying for the ones you don’t.

Unlimited Team Seats

Hire 10 gate scanners or 100. Scale your crew up and down for the busy season without ever scaling your software bill.

White-Label Setup

Your colors, your domain, your checkout. We run the engine in the background so your brand stays front and center.

Dedicated Implementation

Skip the generic help articles. Our field team helps you map your network, configure your multi-vendor payouts, and prepare your hardware for the mud.

“That translated into real money we could put back into the event”

I thought the savings would be nice, but not game-changing. I was wrong.

When you’re selling tickets all weekend, every fee adds up faster than you think. We started with the expectation of saving around 5% per ticket. By the end of our first month, that translated into real money we could put back into the event instead of watching it disappear into processing fees and vendor markups.

Switching gave us more than better margins. We got control over our ticketing, our branding, and our attendee experience. Looking back, I wish we’d done it sooner.

— Emily Dawson, Managing Director at Heritage Days Celebration

“What looked like a 5% savings per ticket turned into thousands of dollars”

We almost didn’t switch because the savings looked small on paper. A few dollars here, a few dollars there didn’t seem worth the hassle. Then we ran the numbers after our first busy weekend.

What looked like a 5% savings per ticket turned into thousands of dollars we would have otherwise handed over in fees. By the end of the month, the difference was impossible to ignore. Honestly, I haven’t even sat down to calculate what that means over a full year.

The best part is that nothing changed for our attendees except a smoother experience. We kept our branding, our team had more control, and we stopped feeling like we were paying someone else to own our event.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I use Evinra for POS if I am locked into a different ticketing contract?

Yes. Evinra is entirely modular. If your admissions are contracted elsewhere, we can still deploy our native offline POS system, multi-vendor payout routing, or inventory management engines exactly where you need them.

Do I have to rent your hardware, or can I use my own?

Use your own. Evinra’s offline-first apps run on the iOS and Android devices you already trust — there is no mandatory hardware rental. If you’d rather not source your own gear, we can ship rugged, pre-configured kits, but that is always your choice, not a requirement.

When do I receive my ticket payouts?

Fast and direct. We don’t hold your revenue hostage to float our own business — you get access to your funds quickly so you can cover your real, on-the-ground operational costs while the event is still running.

Are there hidden fees for adding more staff or vendors?

No. Team seats are unlimited — hire 10 gate scanners or 100 and scale your crew up and down for the busy season without ever scaling your software bill. Adding vendors to your reconciliation doesn’t trigger per-seat charges either.
