Evinra is a product of ProDev Solution LLC (“Evinra”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect on evinra.com, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website only — if you become an Evinra customer, the handling of your event and attendee data is governed by your separate service agreement.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the demo request form, we collect:
- Name and work email (required)
- Phone number (optional)
- The bottleneck you describe in the free-text field (optional)
That is all the form asks for. We do not ask for payment details, government IDs, or any special category of data on this site.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects: pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, not precise), device and browser type, referring source, and interactions with buttons. We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To answer you. Form submissions are used to reply, schedule a walkthrough, and answer questions about Evinra.
- To improve the site. Analytics tells us which pages are useful and where people drop off.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists because you asked for a demo.
If you are in the EU/UK: we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, and on our legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) for the form.
4. Who else touches your data
We keep this list short on purpose. Today, the only third parties involved are:

These providers are based in the United States, so your data is processed there. Your form submission is not sent to any CRM or marketing platform — it stays in this site’s database and in our inbox.
5. How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while the enquiry is live and for as long as we have a legitimate reason to keep a record of it. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time and we will do it — see below.
6. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop using it
Email sales@evinra.com and we will action it. We will not make you jump through hoops, and we will not charge you.
If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, so there is nothing to opt out of. You still have the rights above.
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR): you also have the right to object, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority.
To stop analytics: decline or clear cookies, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and sits behind our host’s firewall. No website is perfectly secure, so we ask only for what we need — which is why this form does not collect anything sensitive.
8. Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing.
