We Built Evinra Because the Industry Standard Is Broken
We are the tech team fighting for independent producers. Fairs, circuses, and touring productions deserve the exact same powerhouse tools as the mega-stadiums—without the ridiculous fees or the trap of multi-year contracts.
Born Inside a Software Company That Runs Its Own Operations.
Evinra wasn’t dreamed up in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It was built by ProDev Solution, a Sarasota, Florida software company that has spent years building operational software for real businesses — booking platforms, point-of-sale, customer portals, ERP integrations — and that builds and operates platforms of its own. Our booking-and-dispatch platform runs a real daily transfer operation in the Caribbean. We don’t just ship software; we live with it in production.
Across every operational industry we worked in, we kept seeing the same imbalance: the operator does the physical work and takes all the risk, while the software vendor takes the margin, holds the payouts, and locks in the contract.
Event operators have it worst. The dominant ticketing platforms take their cut off the top of your gross, sit on your money, and tie you into multi-year deals — while you move the tents, manage the crews, and carry 100% of the physical risk of making a live event happen.
Operators don’t need another generic app. They need a way out. We built Evinra so independent producers can fire the middlemen and take their gates, their data, and their cash back.
The Nightmare of Taped-Together Software.
But predatory fees are only half the problem. Look at how most large outdoor events actually run on the ground, and it’s a mess.
Ticketing lived in one app, vendors were tracked in a spreadsheet, and the point-of-sale was completely disconnected. Operators were forced to tape their operations together, crossing their fingers and hoping the integrations wouldn’t break when the crowds finally showed up.
The biggest threat was the internet. Live gate operations were entirely dependent on unstable cell service. The second a packed fairground overloaded the local tower, the cloud-dependent scanners froze, the lines bottlenecked, and the revenue stopped flowing.
Built for the Physical Chaos of the Field.
We knew another basic website wasn’t going to fix this.
We designed Evinra to be operational-first, rather than ticketing-first — the same discipline we apply to the platforms we operate ourselves: assume the network fails, assume the hardware gets dropped in the mud, assume the person holding the scanner was hired yesterday.
The result is a native ecosystem built for the physical chaos of the field, the mud, and the midnight tear-downs. It doesn’t care if the WiFi drops—your gates keep scanning and your POS keeps processing cash with zero bars of service. And because Evinra is in pre-launch, our first founding operators will stress-test every one of those assumptions in the field — and we’ll publish what they find.
One Connected Ecosystem.
Our vision is simple: to bring modern, enterprise-level operations to the independent producer. We brought ticketing, admissions, POS, vendors, and financial reporting into one single, connected platform.
No more data silos. No more fragmented software. Just one powerful engine that lets you run the entire show.
Stop Losing Revenue to Manual Chaos.
Your competitors are already automating their gates and dropping their ticketing fees. Ready to see Evinra in action?
